Anniversary + Birthday 1st Giveaway (CLOSED)

Hello everyone! I'm very pleased to open my first giveaway as a mini celebration for my 5th blog anniversary last September and birthday this coming November. Yey! So here is it!

GUIDELINES

1. Giveaway is open to all bloggers.
2. First and second prize winners will be drawn, announced, and contacted after the contest.
3. Must follow the mandatory entries to be qualified.

4. Doodle Art is non-editable. 

5. The DESIGN's look and colors will be based on the winner's preference and blog template. Files will be sent via email. Installation not included. HTML codes may be provided.

(Blog makeover includes only the "design" of the blog's parts - header, profile banner, linkies &badge button, not the entire template.)
