Leche Flan: Cooking using egg yolks

I had been into cooking sweets lately to fight the bitterness of the world. Muhaha. I had posted Cooking leche flan using whole eggs last year, this time it's about cooking using egg yolks. So let's start!
Here's how:

Steam for about 30 minutes. You'll know it's cooked when you put a fork in it and comes out clean.

Makes 9 servings. (Used different sizes of Llaneras so it might not be accurate.)

Difference from cooking using egg yolks from whole eggs

                                 Smooth                              May have lumps if not strained properly
Both taste really GOOD!

It's quite thin so the sides weren't perfectly shaped, anyway it's yummy..mehehe!
