My Ingredients
1 250g pack macaroni pasta
1 can evaporated milk
1 whole carrots, sliced
10 pcs young corn, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheese
Here's how:
Macaroni Pasta
- Bring water to boil.
- Add a drop of salt and 1 tbsp of cooking oil.
- Then add pasta.
- Stir occasionally until it's al dente.
- Strain. Set aside.
- Saute garlic and onions.
- Add carrots, young corn and seasoning of your choice. (I used beef broth cubes)
- Add water then let it boil.
- Slowly pour the milk and stir.
- Serve and enjoy!
