Feast of the Black Nazarene

Thousands of devotees from all over the country come to celebrate
the annual procession of the Black Nazarene in Quiapo, Manila.
Some of the shots below.

 Lost somewhere.. mehehe!
 People are everywhere, and so as street vendors hehe.
 This group asked for a picture shot.

    Hindi ko nagustuhan na sa likod ng mga Black Nazarene shirts ay may mga pangalan ng pulitiko..

    Hindi na sila nahiya sa okasyon! hays

  4. Huwaw, pumunta ka talaga ng Quiapo kahapon Maria? Galing naman!

    The last I heard, inabot ng 18 hours ang prosession mas maaga ng 4 hours compared to last year.

  5. I am born and raised in Manila yet I never joined or witnessed the Feast of Black Nazarene. I hate crowds and I am not really a religious kind. I couldn't help but admire the people though who religiously attend this event.

    Hala, nandun ka rin pala kahapon. Kaka-blog ko lang din ang pakikipista ko sa Nazareno. Mahihirapan din lang tayo magkakitaan kasi ang kumpol ng tao ay napakakapal. Grabe no? 18 hours daw ang tinagal ng prusisyon.

  7. wow sis ang tapang mo..never pa ko nakawitness live ng prusisyon ng nazareno hanggang tv na lang ako takot kasi ako sa maraming tao..feeling ko magkaka-stampede..buti ka pa hehe ikaw na!
